️ Knights Edge: "Prep for Rep" Information Pack
Are you aiming to represent the Eastside Knights on the state stage? Our 'Knights Edge' program is explicitly designed as your "prep for rep," bridging the gap between domestic club play and elite representative basketball.

Built upon our core Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) coaching philosophy, this program puts players in dynamic, game-like scenarios to build high-level problem solvers. If you want to develop the tactical edge and physical intensity required for representative basketball, this is where you sharpen your skills.

 Program Details

Coaching: Led directly by our Association Head Coach, Ben Costello.


Duration: A highly focused 6-session block.


Start Date: Commencing on the 12th of July.

Time & Location:
8:30am-10am Chandler Arena

Please note : 19th July will be held at Mansfield State High School


Investment: $180 for the full program.


Gear Included: Your registration includes a free Knights Reversible singlet.

Target Audience: Players preparing for the next level, based on the Under 16 SQJBC age group.


Ages: Open to both Boys and Girls.


Mindset: We focus on developing players who can read the game, make smart decisions, and solve problems dynamically on the court.
